Time Out to Relax — New Bamboo Advice Column

Hello Fellow Pandas! So I know that sometimes we are all stressed and tired. When we get home late from school, practices, or other extracurricular activities, we are just too tired and stressed to put great effort into our school work. Here are some tips for you to relax and take a break from stressing about school and everything else going on in your busy lives:

  • Take a time out or just a few minutes to sit, breath, or relax
  • Make sure you do not skip meals and be sure to have a light snack                            (Maybe a granola bar or a yogurt!)
  • Make sure you limit how much caffeine and sugar you have :/                                        (Too much caffeine can make you sleepy or tired )
  • Listen to a song or just breath in and out for a few minutes
  • DO your best
  • Keep a good attitude! The way you look at things goes a long way 🙂
