Over Spring Break, a group of IH students and teachers traveled to Rome, Italy, through the high school’s Pandas Explore program. During the 10-day tour, the group explored many historic sites in the Eternal City, as well as in Siena and Florence. Along with viewing famous works of art and architecture, the students learned how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu dessert during a cooking class together. They also joined Pope Leo XIV as he celebrated his first Easter Mass in St. Peter’s Square and later when he delivered his annual “Urbi et Orbi” message to the world.
