Creative art booths, beautiful weather, good music, and positive vibes all around. This is what the recent “Big Draw LA” Art Festival at Grand Park was all about!
I attended this year’s event as a requirement for all Ryman Art students, and I am glad I did. Each student was assigned to one of 12 booths to create different types of art, such as cartoon drawing, making a creation out of trash, and much more. I was assigned to Booth 12 which was called “Zumi Ink.” In this booth, the activity consisted of black ink, water, paintbrushes, and a big white piece of paper for everyone to paint on.
The annual festival drew a big turnout this year, and, as a result, there were lots of people who visited my booth. This was an amazing event and I hope you all make it to next year’s festival!
